鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗耐热保护剂筛选和优化 被引量:1

摘要 应用冻干制品加速热稳定试验,测试7组冻干保护剂配方对鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗(LaSota株+H120株)的耐热保护效果。试验筛选出用于鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗的耐热保护剂,使用该保护剂的疫苗表现为37℃保存10d,病毒含量下降0.4个滴度,常规疫苗下降2~2.4个滴度;25℃保存30d,病毒含量下降0.4~0.6个滴度,常规疫苗下降1.8~2.6个滴度。证明此保护剂具有良好的耐热效果。 In this paper, we tested protective effects of 7 groups of the lyoprotectant recipe for Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis Vaccine, Live Vaccine (La Sota strain + H120 strain) were used for cross reference by an accelerated stability test. The best lyoprotectant recipe of Newcastle-Bronchitis Vaccine had been screened in this experiment, and the results indicated that when exposure this lyoproteetant vaccine at 37 ℃ for 10 days, or exposure at 25℃ for 30 days, the vaccine virus titers declined by 0.4 unit or 0.4-0.6 unit respectively, while other lyoprotectant vaccines virus titers decreased by 2-2.4 unit or 1.8-2.6 unit respectively. In conclusion, the new lyoprotectant showed effective protection for Newcastle-Bronchitis Vaccine.
