辽宁省部分地区鸡源大肠杆菌种系分类群及分子多态性分析

摘要 为了解鸡源大肠杆菌不同种系的发育群及其分子上的多态性,本试验应用种系分类群鉴定与随机扩增多态性(RAPD)的方法对采自辽宁省4个市的26株鸡大肠杆菌进行了不同种系发育群的鉴定以及分型研究,种系分类群方法将26株大肠杆菌分为4种发育群,其中,A群13株、B1群3株、B2群8株、D群2株。在RAPD中从6条随机引物中筛选出2条能在26株大肠杆菌中具有较好多态性扩增的随机引物,共扩增出7条DNA片段,菌株HLD6、G2、G5、HLD3、HLD4、G7和G11遗传关系密切,菌株G22与其他25株大肠杆菌遗传关系较远。 In order to understand different development groups and its molecular polymorphism of chicken Escherichia coli, 26 chicken Escherichia coli strains isolated from four different cities in Liaoning province were used to identify different development groups and investigate typing with the methods of formation identification and Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD). The method of formation identification divides 26 chicken Escherichia coli into 4 development groups with 13 in group A, 3 in group B1, 8 in group B2 and 2 in group D. In RAPD, we selected 2 in 6 random primers which can have a better amplified polymorphic in 26 Escherichia coli and altogether get 7 DNA fragments, strains HLD6、G2、G5、HLD3、HLD4、G7、G11 were in closer relationship in genetics. However, strain G22 was a little distant to the other 25 Escherichia coli in genetic relationship.
