政校企合作共建姑苏社区学院的研究

Research on the Co-construction of Gusu Community College by the Government, College and Enterprise

社区学院在美国经济社会发展过程中发挥了不可替代的作用,如何借鉴其经验,结合我国社区教育与经济发展的现状以及社会经济转型升级对社区教育的需求情况,特别是在苏州作为改革开放的前沿城市,在古城区三区合并,城市经济转型升级所带来的结构性失业等问题的现实情况下,构建由地方政府、区域内高校和企业三方共同参与建设的社区学院具有其必要性与可行性。

Community colleges play an irreplaceable role in Ameri-can economic and social development. It is necessary and feasi-ble to draw lessons from them combining with the current situa-tion of China＇s community education and economic development as well as the requirements of social and economic transformation and upgrade for community education, especially in Suzhou, as a frontier city of the reform and opening up, where structural un-employment emerges as three districts formed the old district and the urban economy is transforming and upgrading, making it necessary and feasible to co-construct a community college by the government, local colleges and enterprises.
