摘要
教育公平是一个不断发展和演进的过程,由于学生间存在个体差异,对不同类型的学生施以相同的教学,只能满足形式上的公平。而实质性教育公平更关注个体而不仅是学生群体,力求使每个学生都能通过教育获得适合自己的最大发展。因此,在班级授课制下开展差异教学,就成为实现实质性教育公平的必由之路。
The meaning of educational equality is developing constantly,as there are many individual differences among stu-dents, using the same teaching method, can just meet the need of formal equality of education. However, the substantial equality of education takes more attention to the individuals, but not the groups, it emphasizes that every student can obtain the maximum progress through their own effort. Therefore, using the differential teaching under the class teaching system, has become the in-evitable road towards the substantial equality of education.
