摘要
煤矿井下直流电源能够保证在电网停电后快速转换到应急电源,保障各种应急、生产及通讯等设备的正常运转。该方案主要包括:10kVA主变压器、蓄电池管理系统、蓄电池组、逆变器、切换装置、控制系统等部分。煤矿井下其他设备电源与地面应急结合起来,可以有效地把煤矿停电引起的生产、瓦斯超限事故降低到最低点。煤矿井下供电三输出智能直流控制系统的实施,大大提高了煤矿的安全系数,有效保障了煤矿生命财产安全以及煤矿的正常生产秩序。
DC power in underground coal mines can ensure the rapid conversion to the emergency power supply after power outage, and ensure the normal operation of various emergency, manufacturing and communication equipments.The program mainly includes: 10kVA main transformer, storage battery management system, storage battery pack, DC-to-AC inverter, switching devices, control system and other components. The power supply of other equipments in underground coal mines are combined with ground emergency, which can effectively reduce production and gas overrun accidents caused by power outage to the lowest point. The implementation of the three-output intelligent DC power supply control system in underground coal mines has greatly improved the safety factor of coal mines, effectively ensure the life and property safety in coal mines as well as the normal production order of coal mines.
