摘要
本文分析了"糖果与巧克力生产技术"课程建设背景,结合国家骨干高职院校建设要求和该课程所在专业建设目标任务,分别介绍了课程建设要求、课程建设思路、课程定位设置、课程建设内容和课程建设目标,并从中述说了课程建设的做法和体会。这为进一步做好"糖果与巧克力生产技术"课程建设,深化教学改革,提高教学质量奠定了基础。
Construction background of course about "Candy and Chocolate Production Technology" was analyzed in this paper, combined with construction requirements of domestic backbone higher vocational college construction and major construction tasks, construction requirements, thought, positioning settings, construction content and construction goals of the course were introduced, respectively, and practice and experience of course construction were shared. These improved the course construction of “Candy and Chocolate Production Technology”, deeply reformed the teaching, improved the quality of education.
