教育要关注人的本质发展,即关注人的各种需要。教师不但要重视学生的学业成绩,更要重视学生良好的个性心理品质的形成。基础教育要让学校成为提升学生幸福水平的乐园,体现教师生命价值、充满柔情的家园,让所有师生都成为幸福的人。文化立校、人本和校、科研兴校、特色名校、创新领校是我校的"治校"方略,我们据此建立了一系列的实践体系。

Education shall focus on the development of human nature, that is, to meet students＇ various needs in their way of growing up. Teachers should not only devote to the enhancement of students＇ scores of all subjects, but also devote to nurturing students＇ good psychological qualities. Elementary education shall manage to make schools a paradise where students＇ happiness is boosted, the home in which teachers＇ value of life can be fully displayed, and a garden full of tenderness where all the teachers and students will be happy. Enriching the school with profound deposit of culture, harmonizing the school by prioritizing the happiness and humanistic care, developing the school by valuing scientific research, faming the school through carrying out the education with its own characteristics, and leading the school forward by constant innovation, constitutes the school＇s management strategy, on the basis of which a series of practice systems have been established.
