摘要
伴随着《3—6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的进一步贯彻落实,幼儿园立足实际,借鉴园本教研中所倡导的思想,扎实有效地开展园本教研,注重教师队伍的培训工作,积极探索适合幼儿园发展的新路,促进幼儿、教师、幼儿园的共同发展。
With further implementation of “Guideline to the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3~6”, the kinder-garten based on reality, drawing on ideas advocated in preschool teaching and research, we firmly and effectively carry out relevant teaching and research, focusing on teachers's training, and actively explore feasible new path of development, so as to promote common development of preschool children and kindergarten faculties.
