摘要
高校外事部门是高校其他部门和学院对外合作交流的窗口,其自身的发展现状对其他部门的外事活动能够产生重要影响。通过研究高校外事部门在专业人员分类和对外部人力资源开发方面存在的问题,提出加强外事人员综合素质、聘用外事研究工作人员、搭建高校外事管理经验交流平台以及成立专家人力资源库等解决策略,以达到完善高校外事部门的目标。
The foreign affairs department of colleges and universities is a window of cooperation and exchanges in foreign affairs to other departments and colleges; therefore its development has important influences. Through the research on the existing problems of foreign affairs department of colleges and universities in the assortment of professionals and the exploitation of exterior human resources, strategic solutions such as strengthening the overall qualities, employing the researchers of foreign affairs, establishing the exchanging platform of managerial experiences of foreign affairs in colleges and universities, setting up experts' bank of human resources and so on are provided to achieve the improvement of foreign affairs department of colleges and universities.
