摘要
针对高校图书馆人才需求的现状,分析了外聘临时工勤人员的利弊,提出了对策建议,旨在优化人才管理,保证高校图书馆的整体工作稳定性。
In view of the current situation of talents demand by university libraries, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of external temporary workers, and proposed counter-measures and suggestions, aiming to optimize personnel management and ensure the stability of the overall work of libraries.
