A Brief Discussion on Urban and Rural Integration in Xianyang City and Water Resources Ecology

咸阳有着丰富的水资源,水资源生态对咸阳城乡一体化建设,对西咸新区建设均有着重要意义。同时,城乡一体化建设也必须面对水资源生态问题。这种关系总体体现在五大方面。要重视城乡一体化进程中对城乡水文的巨大影响,甚至破坏,抓住关键环节,有力推进城市水资源生态管理。

Xianyang is rich in water resources, so water resources ecology is of great significance to the urban and rural integrated construction in Xianyang, as well as the Xixian New District con-struction. Meanwhile, the integration of urban and rural areas must also face the problem of water resources ecology. This rela-tionship is generally reflected in five major aspects. Attention should be paid to the tremendous impact and even destruction on urban and rural hydrology in the process of urban and rural inte-gration. The key link should be seized to effectively promote the ecological management of urban water resources.
