摘要
伴随着我国高校的扩招,人才培养逐步向大众化过渡,社会体育指导与管理专业在人才培养过程中,必须结合社会对人才需要的特点和本校的条件,以营销理论做指导,构建适合自身实际的实践教学体系,确定自己的办学特色,这是学生毕业后能否具有社会竞争力的关键。社会体育指导与管理专业的实践教学至关重要,无法通过其他途径替代,实践教学体系的不断完善,有助于学校、教师、学生朝着既定目标努力,培养出符合市场需求的应用型人才。本文将营销理念作为实践教学体系构建的指导性理论,遵循学生是教学过程的主体,按照从实际出发、系统性、规范化、效率和协调性原则构建实践教学体系。
With the increased enrollment of universities in China, talent training is gradually popularized. The talent training of the social sports guidance and management major should be com-bined with the characteristics of social demands for talents and the conditions of universities, and guided by marketing theories, so as to construct suitable practice teaching system and determine feasible educational characteristics, which is the key for gradu-ates to develop their social competitiveness. The practice teaching of social sports guidance and management major is vital and irre-placeable, and the continuous perfection of the practice teaching system is conducive to the cultivation of market-oriented applied talents oriented by the set goal. Taking the marketing concept as the guiding theory of practice teaching system construction, fol-lowing students' subjective role in the teaching process, this pa-per constructed the practice teaching system based on the princi-ples of starting from reality, systematicness, standardization, effi-ciency and coordination.
