Discussion Regarding the On-site Service of Design Representatives for a China-aided Foreign Project

援外项目设计代表的工作,既是设计阶段的有效补充,又是施工阶段项目管理的很重要的组成部分。作为援外设计代表,在现场面对的是各方面的事情,涉及各个专业,有技术也有管理。笔者结合工作经历简要介绍在援外项目现场工作的体会。

The work of design representation for foreign aid projects, is not only the effective supplement for design stage, but also is a very important component of the project management in eonslruction stage. As design representation for foreign aid projects, it＇s possible to face of all things in the field, involving various specialties, involving technology and management. The author briefly introduces the experience ofworking experience as a design representation for foreign aid projects.
