In the reform of the higher education in China, inde-pendent colleges have become an important component of the higher education. With the innovation and development of the higher education management, the concept and mode of the man-agement of the Party construction are effectively explored and practiced. We will apply ISO quality management to the Party construction of independent colleges to build a new quality man-agement system, which will improve the Party construction and promote school management and talents training.
