探究组织变革视域下的高校学生事务管理

Exploration on University Student Affairs Management from the Perspective of Organizational Transformation

现如今,伴随着时代经济的快速发展,我国各个视域无时无刻都在发生深刻的转型和变革。尤其是组织变革视域下高校学生的事务管理,其管理模式、组织形式、文化环境建构以及管理绩效评价发生了极大的改变。本文主要就高校学生事务管理的基本概念和理论释义进行了一定的阐述,同时对我国高校学生事务管理的发展历程以及存在的种种问题进行了主要的分析说明,进而强调了组织变革视域下高校学生事务管理的必要性,并从当今新视野的角度对组织变革视域下高校学生事务管理的内容和原则作了主要的探究说明,最后探究了如何加强组织变革视域下高校学生事务管理工作。

Nowadays, with the rapid economic development of the times, profound transformation and change take place in various fields of China all the time. Especially university student affairs management under the perspective of organizational transforma-tion, great changes have occurred in its management model, or-ganizational form, cultural environment construction and man-agement performance evaluation. This paper focuses on the basic concepts and theories of university student affairs management analyzes the development process and problems of university student affairs management in China, and thus emphasizes the necessity of university student affairs management under the per-spective of organizational transformation, and explores the con-tents and principles of it under today＆#39;s new horizon, and finally explores how to strengthen university student affairs management under the perspective of organizational transformation.
