高校二级学院教学档案管理所面临的问题及解决方法探索

Exploration on Problems for the Teaching Archives Management of Second-Level Colleges in Universities and the Solutions

高校学分制经过近十年的实施,取得了显著成效,但随之而来的学生跨学期、跨专业、跨校区甚至跨学校进行选课及弹性学制,使得相对应的二级学院教学档案管理越来越不能满足学分制条件下教学的需求,本文针对目前二级学院教学档案管理所面临的问题进行了对策探索。

After nearly ten years＇ implementation of university credit system, significant results have been achieved, but conse-quent inter-semester, inter-major, inter-campus and even in-ter-university course selection of students as well as flexible uni-versity system, make the counterpart archives management in second-level colleges fail to meet the teaching requirements un-der the credit system. This paper explores the problems for the teaching archives management of second-level colleges and the countermeasures.
