我们一直欣赏"赏识教育"、"鼓励教育",推崇"好孩子是表扬出来的",却忽视了奖罚教育的重要性。奖惩分明的教育方式可以让学生明辨事理、辨别是非,有效地约束和规范他们的行为。对的、好的及时给与夸奖和奖励,使他们的良好行为得巩固和发扬,不对的、错误的要及时给与惩戒和处罚,让他们对自己不良的行为勇于担当,并及时摒弃和改正。这样才能最大程度地调动学生自身的积极因素,促使学生形成自我教育的意识和能力,不断取得进步,收到满意效果。

We always advocate ＂appreciation education＂, ＂en-couragement education＂and the idea that＂children become good because of praises＂, but neglect the importance of reward and punishment education. The education style with fair rewards and punishments can help students distinguish between right and wrong, and effectively restrict and regulate their behaviors. The teacher should timely praise the right and good in order to con-solidate and highlight children＇s good behaviors, while for the wrong, the teacher should timely mete out punishments in order to make them responsible for their abnormal behaviors and timely abandon and correct them. In this way students＇ active factors can be stimulated to the greatest extent, and they are promoted to form the awareness and ability of self-education, thus helping them continuously make progress, and achieving satisfactory ef-fects.
