2011—2012年江苏省苏州市健康人群流行性脑膜炎A群、C群、W135群抗体水平研究 被引量:8

Antibody levels to Neisseria meningitides group A,C and W135 in healthy people in Suzhou,Jiangsu,2011-2012

摘要 目的 了解苏州市健康人群A群、C群、W135群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)抗体水平状况,为流脑预防控制提供科学依据。 方法 2011-2012年,在苏州市的常熟市、昆山市、相城区分年龄随机采集0-、1-、3-、6-、10-、15-、20-、40-岁8个年龄组共599份血清样本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对其进行抗体水平检测。 结果 苏州市2011-2012年A群、C群、W135群流脑抗体阳性率分别为80.47%(482/599)、74.12%(444/599)、45.38%(270/599)。流脑A群抗体阳性率以0-岁组最低,为48.89%(22/45),15-岁年龄组最高,阳性率为90.48%(57/63)。流脑C群抗体阳性率以0-岁组最低,为48.89%(22/45),6-岁组最高,阳性率为88.24%(30/34)。流脑W135群抗体阳性率以0-岁组最低,为20.45%(9/44),3-岁组最高,阳性率为52.00%(52/100)。常熟市流脑A群抗体阳性率69.02%(127/184);流脑C群阳性率69.02%(127/184);流脑W135群阳性率35.56%(64/180)。昆山市流脑抗体A群阳性率85.16%;C群阳性率75.00%;W135群抗体阳性率44.53%。相城区A群阳性率86.16%(137/159);C群阳性率78.62%(125/159);W135群抗体阳性率57.86%(92/159)。 结论 苏州市人群对A群,C群流脑具有较高的免疫力,A群、C群和W135群流脑抗体水平均以0-岁组最低,接种率高的地区抗体水平也较高,人群对流脑W135群免疫性较低。 Objective To understand the antibody levels to Neisseria meningitides group A, C and W135 in healthy people in Suzhou, Jiangsu province and provide evidence for meningococcal disease prevention and control. Methods A total of 599 serum samples were randomly collected from age groups 0, 1,3,6,10, 15,20 and 40 years in Suzhou during 2011 -2012. The antibodies to N. meningitides were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The antibody positive rate was 80. 47% to N. meningitides group A, 74. 12% to N. meningitides group C and 45.38% to N. meningitides W135. The positive rate to group A was lowest in age group 0 year (48.89%) and highest in age group 15 years (90. 48% ). The positive rate to group C was lowest in age group 0 year (48. 89% ) and highest in age group 6 years (88.24%). The positive rate to group W135 was lowest in age group 0 years (20. 45% ) and highest in age group 3 years (52. 00% ). The positive rate to group A was 79. 59% o in males and 82. 13% in females. The positive rate to group C was 71.43% in males and 79.23% in females. The positive rate to group W135 was 43.22% in males and 49. 51% in females. The positive rate was 69.02% to group A. 69. 02% to group C and 35.56% to group W135 in Changshu; The positive rate was 85.16% to group A, 75.00% to group C and 44. 53% to group W135 in Kunshan. The positive rate was 86. 16% to group A, 78.62% to group C and 57.86% to group W135 in Xiangcheng. Conclusion The antibody levels to N. meningitides group A and C were high in population in Suzhou. The antibody levels to N. meningitides group A, C and W135 were lowest in age group 0 year. The antibody level was high in areas with high vaccination coverage. The herd immunity to group W 135 was low.
