微小病毒B19感染致胎儿水肿、新生儿期外周持续动静脉换血治疗一例 被引量：5

摘要 患儿女,生后10 min,因“胎儿水肿3周”于201 3年4月6日由北京大学第三医院产科转入新生儿科.患儿系第2胎第1产,胎龄29＋1周,因其母“先兆早产、胎儿水肿（溶血病贫血？）、不良孕产史（胎儿胸腹水引产）”阴道分娩娩出,出生体重1 880 g.无胎儿窘迫及窒息,孕母胎膜早破16h、帆状胎盘、胎盘早剥（边缘型）,脐带、羊水无异常.患儿父为O型、Rh阳性血型,患儿母为B型、Rh阴性血型.母亲2年前妊娠26周时因胎儿水肿、小肠粘连、羊水过多而终止妊娠.外院查父母染色体无异常.此次妊娠前母亲柯萨奇病毒IgM阳性、微小病毒B19 IgM阳性,但微小病毒B19 IgG不详.
