商贸流通业集聚对制造业转型升级的作用机理——基于集群供应链网络竞合的视角

Mechanism between Agglomeration of Commerce and Circulation Industry and Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Based on Competition and Cooperation among Cluster Supply Chain Networks

在商贸流通业成为供应链核心服务主体的背景下,商贸流通业集聚带动了集群供应链网络的形成。发生在集聚服务企业间的竞争与合作,就通过商贸流通企业所处的供应链之间的竞争、合作以及供应网络之间的竞争,引发集群供应链网络的不断重构,以降低贸易成本为纽带创造新的生产性机会,为制造业转型升级提供动力,因此应在区域产业升级政策上充分重视并发挥商贸流通业集聚的积极作用。

Formation of cluster supply chain networks is driven by agglomeration of commerce and circulation industry which has been becoming the key participant in supply chain activity. Then,competition and cooperation among agglomerating firms of commerce and circulation industry result in competition and cooperation among supply chains and supply networks,and thus frequent reconfiguration of cluster supply chain networks which reduces trade cost of manufacturing,creates new productive opportunity,and promotes manufacturing transformation and upgrading. Accordingly,taking advantage of agglomeration of commerce and circulation industry should be taken as an important policy to promote regional industrial upgrading.
