摘要 电子商务在实施过程中受到信息质量、系统执行性能、服务性能和收益性能等多种因素的影响。信息质量评价指标的信息量,包括完整性信息量、相关性信息量、时效性信息量和容积性信息量,信息质量越高,系统所含信息量越小;系统执行性能因素评价指标的信息量包括可靠性信息量、灵敏性信息量、全面性信息量、安全性信息量;服务性能因素评价指标的信息量包含服务速度信息量、服务方式信息量和服务态度信息量三个子模块,客户评价越高,系统的信息含量越小,反之,信息含量越大;收益性能因素评价指标信息量包括知名度信息量、成本信息量、利润信息量、市场前景信息量。 The implementation of e-commerce will be influenced by several factors,such as information quality,system implementation performance,service performance,and profit performance. The amount of information of information quality includes information amount in terms of completeness,correlation,timeliness and capacity and the system with higher information quality will have fewer information;the amount of information of system implementation performance includes information amount in terms of reliability, sensitivity, completeness and safety;the amount of information of service performance includes information amount in terms of service speed,service pattern and service attitude and system with higher customer evaluation will have fewer information and vice versa;the amount of information of profit performance includes information amount in terms of popularity,cost,profit and market prospect.
