On the Regulatory Reform of the Auction Target

拍卖标的监管是拍卖监管体系的重要内容。当前,修改《拍卖法》的呼声日渐升温,拍卖标的监管存在的一系列问题备受社会关注,亟需对拍卖监管体系进行重新审视。在这样的背景下,拍卖标的监管改革的重要性愈加凸显。拍卖标的监管改革不应简单强调在技术层面上强化或弱化拍卖标的监管的范围和力度,其改革重点应当在于优化拍卖标的监管体制,完善具体规则安排,加强行业自治。

Regulating auction target is an important part of the auction regulatory system. The amendment of the Auction Law has caused more and more concerns and the auction regulatory system need to be reviewed accordingly. This means reforming the auction target regulatory system is more important than ever before. The reformation should not focus on the scope or intensity of the auction target regulatory system in technical level. Optimizing the regulatory system,perfecting the specific rules and strengthening the self-discipline should be the key points in this reformation.
