摘要
目的对改良式冲洗辅助负压引流技术在儿童创伤骨科中的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法将2010年3月至2013年2月我院骨科收治的50例儿童创伤患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对观察组患儿采用改良冲洗辅助负压引流技术进行治疗,方法是在常规冲洗辅助负压引流的敷料中加入冲洗管,持续进行低流量灌注,冲洗液用盐酸消旋山莨菪碱40 mg+10%葡萄糖3 000 ml。对照组使用常规负压引流技术进行治疗,将两组患儿敷料持续时间、注射器冲洗次数、敷料更换次数和创面愈合时间进行对比。结果对照组患儿VSD敷料平均持续时间为(5.2±0.4)天,注射器冲洗次数平均为(10.3±3.6)次,VSD敷料更换次数平均为(3.5±0.2)次,创面闭合时间为(25.3±4.7)天。观察组患儿VSD敷料平均持续时间为(10.0±0.2)天,注射器冲洗次数平均为(27±1.1)次,VSD敷料更换次数平均为(1.3±0.1)次,创面闭合时间为(12.4±2.8)天。两组患儿比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论改良后VSD材料科有效延长敷料使用时间,大大减少更换次数,有效抑制了感染的发生,促进了肉芽生长,值得临床推广使用。
Objective Improved washing auxiliary vacuum assisted orthopedic trauma clinical effects in children were analyzed and discussed .Methods 50 cases of children from March 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital orthopedic trauma patients admitted to a random number table , randomly divided into observation group and control group , 25 cases in each group .Observation group of children assisted by improved vacuum assisted flush treatment method is to add the dressing conventional flush pipe flushing assisted suction drainage , the ongoing low-flow perfusion , DL Hill rinse with scopolamine hydrochloride 40mg +10 % glucose 3000mL.The control group using conventional vacuum assisted treatment , the two groups of children dressing duration , number of syringes washing , dressing change times and wound healing time for comparison .Results The control group of children with VSD dressing average duration (5.2 ±0.4) days, the average number of syringes wash (10.3 ± 3.6) times, VSD dressing change times the average (3.5 ±0.2) times, wound closure time (25.3 ±4.7) days. VSD group of children dressing observed average duration (10.0 ±0.2) days, the average number of syringes wash (27 ±1.1) times, VSD dressing change times the average (1.3 ±0.1) times, wound closure time was (12.4 ±2.8) days, compared the two groups of children with a significant difference (P〉0.05).Conclusions Improved VSD materials science effectively extend dressing time , greatly reduces the number of replacement , effectively inhibits infection , promotes the growth of granulation , worthy of clinical use .
