慢性根尖周炎一次法根管治疗的术后疼痛评价

Assessment of postoperative pain after one-visit root-canal treatment on teeth with apical periodontitis

目的评价慢性根尖周炎患牙一次法根管治疗的术后疼痛。方法选择慢性根尖周炎磨牙80颗,其中40颗牙采用一次法进行根管充填,另外40颗牙采用常规根管治疗术多次法,分别在充填后2 h、6 h、1、2、3、4、5和7 d后评估不适或疼痛。结果 80个病例中85%的患者在术后6 h和第3 d的时间里,在某些时刻出现不适或疼痛。两组中分别20%的患者没有出现疼痛。最严重的术后疼痛水平为轻度,没有出现中等疼痛和严重的不适。t检验显示组间疼痛的水平差别无显著性。结论慢性根尖周炎一次法根管治疗与常规治疗在疼痛几率方面比较无差异。

Objective To assess postoperative pain after one -visit root canal treatment （ RCT） on teeth with apical periodontitis .Methods A total of 80 molar teeth with apical periodontitis requiring root canal treatment were included in this study . The teeth were assigned into two groups and treated according to standardized protocol .The teeth in group I （ n=40 ） were instrumented and obturated at the multiple -visit as control group;while those in group II （ n=40 ） were treated by one -visit root canal therapy as experimental group.Postoperative pain was recorded at 2 and 6th hour, as well as at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7days.Results 85%of the patients experienced postoperative discomfort or pain in some moment during the 6h to 3 day intervals after treatment.20%of the patients showed no postoperative pain .The maximum pain level in both groups were ＆quot;light＆quot;, no more than pain levels higher .T test show no statistically significant differences between the two groups.Conclusions Within the limitations of this study , there was no statistically significant difference in postoperative pain after one -visit root canal treatment on teeth with apical periodontitis .
