PA、HCY和CEA在浆膜腔积液中联合监测的临床意义

目的探讨前清蛋白(PA)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、癌胚抗原(CEA)在浆膜积液性质与良恶性鉴别诊断中临床应用价值。方法收治的浆膜腔积液患者150例,炎性组38例,结核组37例,恶性组40例,采用生物化学方法检测PA与HCY,化学发光方法检测CEA。结果恶性组PA、HCY与CEA检测结果均高于非炎症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合检测PA、HCY与CEA对恶性肿瘤的早期诊断有一定临床价值。

Objective To discuss the clinic significance of PA , HCY and CEA in serosal effusion property and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant .Methods In the 150 cases of serosal pleural effusion patients, 38 cases of inflammatory, 37 cases of TB and 40 cases of malignancy, adopted biochemical method to test PA and HCY , tested CEA by using chemiluminescence .Results The concentration of PA , HCY and CEA in malignancy group were higher than that in non -inflammatory group , the difference was statistical significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Joint monitoring PA, HCY and CEA has certain clinic significance in diagnosing early malignancy .
