沙盘游戏治疗对住院抑郁症病人的疗效观察

Observation on sandplay therapy for inpatient with major depression

目的探讨沙盘游戏治疗对住院抑郁症患者的治疗效果。方法选取从2012年10月至2013年6月70例住院抑郁症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35人。观察组进行药物治疗联合沙盘治疗,对照组仅接受单纯药物治疗,观察16周。治疗前后分别利用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)对两组进行评定。结果观察组与对照组在治疗8周、16周后与治疗前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗16周后,观察组与对照组汉密尔顿抑郁量表两组评分分别为(9.28±3.46)分、(13.54±3.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗前与治疗16周后,自测健康评定总分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论药物结合沙盘游戏治疗对住院抑郁症患者效果优于单纯药物治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of sandplay therapy for inpatient with depression . Methods From October 2012 to June 2013,70 cases of inpatient with major depression were randomly divided into two groups：observation group （ medication pl-us sandplay therapy ） and control group （ only medication ） , 35 cases for each group .Both groups observed for 16 weeks and evaluated with Hamilton depression scale （ HAMD） and self-rated health measurement scale （ SRHMS） before and after treatment .Results After 8, 16 weeks of treatment , significant difference was found between the two groups .After 16 weeks of treatment , the HAMD score of the two groups were （9.28 ±3.46）、（13.54 ±3.89）, which showed significant difference （P〈0.05）.After 16 weeks of treatment, the SRHMS score of the two groups were significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Medication combined with sandplay is more effective than medication alone for inpatient with major depression .
