胃癌急性穿孔的临床诊治体会

Clinical diagnose and treatment for acute gastric carcinoma perforation

目的探讨胃癌急性穿孔的临床诊治与并发症的预防措施。方法将在我院接受诊治的胃癌急性穿孔患者40例进行临床分析,总结临床治疗体会。结果本组所有患者诊疗均顺利完成,其中出现术后出现腹腔感染2例,肺部感染4例,吻合口瘘2例,切口不愈合1例。围术期死亡3例,其余患者均经积极处理获得临床治愈出院。结论胃癌急性穿孔应根据其临床特征早期诊断、合理选择手术方式治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnose and treatment and protective measure for acute gastric carcinoma perforation .Methods Analyzed the datas of 40 patients those who suffered from acute gastric carcinoma perforation and got clinical diagnose and treatment in our hospital , summarized the experience of clinical treatment .Results All of the operation were successfully finished ,and there were 2 cases secondary with peritoneal cavity infection , 4 cases suffered from pulmonary infection , anastomotic stoma fistula occurred in 2 patients and 1 cases was disunion after operation .There were 3 patients dead .Conclusions The early diagnosis and reasonable operation should be selected according to clinical feature of acute gastric carcinoma perforation .
