The experience of surgical coordinate of executing thyroidectomy by using miccoli surgery

目的总结Miccoli术式行甲状腺切除术中的手术配合经验。方法回顾性分析我院2010年6月至2012年12月20例甲状腺良性肿瘤行Miccoli术甲状腺切除术的临床资料,总结术中手术配合,并对手术效果进行观察总结。结果所有手术均顺利完成,术中良好的护理配合以及超声刀、电刀的配合使用大大缩短手术时间,提高该术式的治疗效果。结论完善的术前准备,熟练的手术配合,可缩短手术时间,减少术后并发症的发生,术后恢复快,明显缩小颈部手术疤痕,提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective To summarize the experience of surgical coordinate of executing thyroidectomy by Miccoli surgery .Methods A clinical retrospective analysis of the datas of 20 cases of patients suffered from Benign tumor of thyroid and received Miccoli surgical thyroidectomy during June 2010 and December 2012 was done, summarized co-operation during surgery , and observed the surgical results .Results All the operations were successfully completed .Nursing cooperation and the use of ultrasonic knife and electrotome significantly shorten the operative time and improved the surgical effection .Conclusions Proper preoperative preparation and skilled nursing cooperation can shorten the operation time , reduce the incidence of complications , narrow neck surgery scars, and improve the quality of life .
