探寻中国管理国际研究的“无形学院”——基于SSCI期刊（1978-2010年）的社会网络分析

Searching for ＂Invisible Colleges＂ in the International Management Research of China： A Social Network Analysis Based on the SSCI Journals from 1978 - 2010

利用作品共被引分析技术对SSCI期刊（1978~2010年）中的中国管理国际研究文献进行社会网络分析,识别出了资源基础观、新制度主义和跨文化研究这3个无形学院,进而深入理解各个无形学院的基本结构、知识生产特征和社会组织,为希望快速融入主流的国际管理研究科学共同体的中国本土学者提供借鉴和指导。

Based on the literature on SSCI journals （1978~2010） about the international management research of China, this study conducts social network analysis with the knowledge of document co-citation analysis. Three invisible colleges including the resource-based view, the new institutionalism and cross-cultural study, are identified,which facilitates the understanding on the basic structure, the features of knowledge production and social organization of each invisible college in depth. Finally, some reference and guidance for Chinese local scholars who want to go into the mainstream of the international management research of scientific community are provided.
