管理学术期刊的职责和使命——基于管理研究与实践脱节的分析

The Responsibility and Mission of Management Academic Journals:Based on the Gap between Research and Practice

管理学术期刊是连接管理研究与管理实践的桥梁之一,在管理研究的内部知识循环以及管理研究和实践间的外部知识循环中扮演了关键的角色。从管理研究和实践脱节的角度分析,可以发现目前的管理学术期刊模糊的定位及其评审和排名仅仅是促进了管理知识的内部循环。为了保证管理研究的内外知识循环能够顺利实现,依据管理研究的类型,指出管理学术期刊可以分为源期刊和专业性期刊2种类型,并提出相应的评审与排名的调整策略。

Management academic journals are the media of communication that bridge the management research and practice, and play a critical role to facilitate the internal knowledge circulation among academic research and the external knowledge circulation between the academic research and practice. From the point of the gap between management research and practice, current management academic journals merely encourage the internal management knowledge circulation because of indistinct journal orientation and the mode of review and ranking. To successfully realize the internal and external management knowledge circulation, this study proposes that management academic journals can be divided into source journals and professional journals according to the type of academic research, and then puts forward the mode of review and ranking correspondingly.
