组织原型与吸收能力均衡模式下的中小型制造企业创新绩效

The Innovation Performance of Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturing EnterprisesA Study from the Perspective of Organization Archetype and the Balance Mode of Absorptive Capacity

采用纵向多案例研究方法,以4家中小型制造企业为研究对象,基于组织原型和吸收能力均衡模式视角,探讨其创新绩效提升和演化路径。研究发现,企业在不同技术能力发展阶段,组织原型的演变是影响吸收能力由游移均衡向双元均衡模式发展,进而带动中小型制造企业创新绩效提升的重要因素,并呈现出3种不同的作用机制;同时表现出由市场驱动原型和能力驱动原型出发,实现创新绩效提升的2种路径,以及游移均衡和双元均衡2种吸收能力均衡模式。

This paper explores the path of innovation performance improvement and evolution based on the perspective of organizational archetype and the balance mode of absorptive capacity through longitudinal case study of four small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Our research result shows that, in different phases of technological capabilities, the evolution of organization archetype plays an important role in the innovation performance promotion of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises through the impact on the balance mode of absorption capacity changing from amhidexterity to vacillation, and presents three types of mechanism, two evolution paths of innovation performance improvement： beginning with market-driven archetype or ability-driven archetype and two types of balance mode of absorptive capacity.
