摘要
以往电解炭渣作为工业垃圾扔掉,既浪费资源,又严重污染环境。本文介绍了电解炭渣的组成成份,回收利用技术,阐述了浮选法在分离炭渣中炭和电解质方面的应用,并对整个工艺过程作了详细的描述,介绍了炭渣回收处理后给企业和社会带来巨大的经济和社会效益,针对提高电解质的回收率和品质,降低劳动强度,改善工作环境方面提出了必要的改进措施。
Electrolytic carbon dross was thrown away as industrial refuse in the past and it wasted resource and polluted seriously environment.This article introduces the composition of electrolytic carbon dross as well as recycling and utilizing technology and elaborates the application of suspension selection method on separating carbon from electrolyte in carbon dross.At the same time ,it makes a detailed description for the whole process and introduces the enormous economic and social benefit to enterprise and society after carbon dross recycling and disposing.Necessary improving measure is put forward on increasing recycling efficiency and quality of electrolyte,decreasing labor strength and improving working environment.
