摘要
隐性课程对学生的成长具有潜在的影响,在隐性课程的影响下,学生的思想、性格等在不知不觉中发生变化。民族院校教师在建设和引领隐性课程建设中具有重要的作用。当前,民族院校存在教师在隐性课程建设中"缺位"现象。应加强教师的教育理论学习,宣传多元文化教育,培训考核教师以提升教师素养,出台奖惩制度促进教师对隐性课程建设的参与,以此实现教师在隐性课程建设中的"复位",更好发挥民族院校的育人功能。
Recessive curricula have a potential influence on students, which are likely to affect their thinking patterns and personalities even without their own consciousness. Also, teachers play a very important role in the construction of recessive curricula. Nowadays, most of the teachers in ethnic universities lack the consciousness of recessive curricula. For instance, some of them have no deep understanding of the educational functions of recessive curricula, lack the ideas of multi-cultural education, and don't participate much in the construction of recessive curricula. From the perspective of management, this essay holds that it is necessary to strengthen teachers' educational theory study, promote multi-cultural education, train and enhance teachers' educational qualities, and encourage teachers to participate in the construction of recessive curricula by setting up the system of reward and punishment. By doing so, we can realize restoration of teachers' consciousness in the construction and give them a full play in educating students.
