循证矫正既是一种方法论,也是一种具体的工作方法。它要求探寻"最佳证据",注重循"证"实践。在社区矫正中应当以循证矫正理念为指导,通过各种途径收集信息,建立数据库,做好"证"的论证及构建工作,并针对服刑人员的犯因性需求,把循证矫正与心理矫治有机结合,科学开展矫正工作。

Evidence-based correction is not only a kind of methodology,but also a concrete working method.It requires the exploration of＂optimum evidence＂and lays emphasis on putting the＂evidence＂into practice.Community correction should be guided by evidence-based correction idea,collecting information by all means,establishing database to find out the＂optimum evidences＂.Evidence-based correction should be scientifically combined with psychological treatment for the needs of prisoners＇ criminal cause.
