摘要
向硅橡胶包覆层中引入芳纶纤维,旨在提高XX装药包覆层力学性能,通过实验筛选出牌号为F12、F1313两种芳纶纤维进行对比研究,在保证包覆层良好工艺操作性的前提下,确定加入量为1%~3%,结果发现,无论是F12,还是F1313,1%的加入量均给包覆层力学性能带来负面影响,当加入量达到2%时,力学性能开始上升,3%F1313的加入,满足了装药对包覆层力学性能的要求。同时显著降低了包覆层氧乙炔线烧蚀率,并对装药其它性能不产生任何不良影响。
In order to improve the XX cladding mechanical properties,introduction of aramid fiber layer to coat of silicone rubber was carried out. The card number was F12,F1313, two kinds of aramid fiber were selected by experiments and compared. In order to ensure the good operation of the coating process, the amount of 1%~ 3 % was determined. The results found,whether it was F12 or F1313, adding 1 % for coating mechanical properties brought about negative effects. When the addition amount to 2 %, the mechanical properties of the coating began to rise. The addition of 3 % F1313, met the requirements of mechanical properties of the charge for covering. At same time the ablation rate of coating oxyacetylene was significantly reduced, and did not had any adverse effects on the charge properties.
