摘要
采用溶液聚合法,以丙烯酸、单体A和单体B3种物质为反应单体,过硫酸钠为引发剂,合成丙烯酸类增稠剂。设计4因素5水平正交实验,讨论单体配比、反应温度、反应时间、引发剂用量4个因素对溶液增稠剂性能的影响。结果表明:单体配比n(AA)∶n(A)∶n(B)=20∶3∶1,引发剂用量为单体质量的5%,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为80min,此条件下合成的增稠剂在5%的氟虫氰悬浮剂中添加量为质量分数0.3%时,体系粘度为750MPa·s,符合实际需要。
In this paper, the three substances of acrylic acid, monomer A and monomer B were used as reaction monomers and sodium persulfate as the initiator tosynthesize acrylic thickener by solution polymerization. A four-factor and five-level orthogonal experiment was arranged to de- termine the factors' influence on the properties of the thickener under different conditions by adding synthetic thickener on viscosity, monomer ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of initi- ator. The results showed that, when the monomer ratio of n (AA);n (A):n (B) = 20: 3: 1, reac- tion temperature 75 ℃, reaction time 80 min, initiator 5%, the conditions of synthesis of the thick- ener were the best. Under this condition, 0. 3% content of the thickener was in line with the actual needs in fipronil suspension whose viscosity was 750 MPa · s.
