Economic Value of the Digital Preservation——Taking INSPIRE as an Example

数字保存成本包括保存成本和用户访问成本,其中保存成本包括数字保存的年度运行成本和数字资源的提交成本。数字保存经济价值的体现形式有保存价值、用户收益与净经济价值、效率影响、保存特藏收益,其中保存价值包括支付意愿和接受意愿,用户收益是指用户使用数字保存可以获得的净收益,净经济价值是数字保存的净价值,效率影响是指数字保存对目标用户群体的贡献,保存特藏收益是指用户访问获得的数字资源中通过其他途径无法获得的部分所产生的效益。

The digital preservation cost includes the preservation cost and the user access cost, and the former includes the annual operation cost of the digital preservation and the submission cost of the digital preservation. Realization forms of the economic value of the digital preservation include the preservation value, the users＇ income and the net economic value, the efficiency impact, the income of the special collection preservation. The preservation value includes the willingness to pay and the willingness to accept. The users＇ income is the net income obtained from using the digital preservation by user groups. The net economic value is the net value of the digital preservation. The efficiency impact is the contribution of the digital preservation to target user groups. The income of the special collection preservation is the benefit produced from digital resources which the user couldn＇t access though other ways.
