基于投入产出模型的旅游业对国民经济贡献测度

Contribution of Tourism to National Economy Based on Input-output Model

基于投入产出模型,依据我国2007年投入产出表,分别从消耗系数、分配系数、感应力系数、影响力系数、完全劳动报酬系数、完全税收系数等方面研究旅游业对其他产业的波及影响效应,并分析了旅游业对我国宏观经济变量的影响。研究得出了如下结论与政策建议:1)旅游业的产业关联性很强,延伸旅游产业链对我国的可持续发展有较大助力;2)各级政府应积极发展旅游业,促进经济的全方位发展;3)旅游业对财政税收的影响并不明显,但是对就业有积极的促进作用。

Based on the inputoutput model and the 2007 inputoutput table,the impact of tourism on China＇s macro-eco-nomic variables is analyzed from the consumption coefficient,partition coefficient,induction coefficient,influence factor,full payment for labor coefficient and fully tax coefficient.Then concrete conclusions and policy recommendations are put for-ward：1）Tourism industry has a strong correlation with other industries,extending the tourism industry chain larger to boost to China＇s sustainable development;2）Governments at all levels should be a positive development of the tourism industry,in order to promote the all-round development of the economy;3）The tourism industry is not significantly affected by the finan-cial and tax on employment has a positive role in promoting.
