绿色IT/IS的采纳实施及其环境绩效综述 被引量:2

摘要 随着环境问题的日益凸显,以及人们对绿色环保产品的逐渐接受,越来越多的企业已经从单纯关注效率和利润的战略转变为节约资源、保护环境的可持续的发展战略。其中,绿色信息技术和系统(Green IT/IS)已经成为降低资源消耗、改善组织环境绩效的重要途径。文章通过文献综述,分析和阐述了绿色IT/IS的相关概念,又分别从绿色IT/1S实施前的采纳决策及其驱动因素、实施中的过程管理,以及实施后对组织环境绩效的影响三个方面进行了深入的论述。最后,使用SWOT分析模型提出了我国绿色IT/IS发展可能存在的有利因素和制约因素,以及发展趋势和未来研究方向。 As environmental issues has become increasingly prominent,with green products accepted gradually by people, enterprises' focus has been transformed from their efficiency and profitability strategy into resource conservation,environmen-tal protection and sustainable development strategy.Green information technology and systems (Green IT /IS)has been treated as an organizations important way to reduce resource consumption and improve the environmental performance.On the basis of literature review,green IT /IS related concepts are explained.Adoption decision and its driving factors of green IT /IS,process management of implementation and organizational environmental performance after implementation,three aspects of indepth discussion,are indicated separately.Lastly,SWOT analysis model are put forward for possible favorable and adverse factors of the Green IT /IS development in China,as well as the trends and future research directions.
