摘要
以羊绒纤维为材料,硫酸铜为金属源,采用一浴两步法制备导电羊绒纤维,并测定了纤维的导电性能.研究了羊绒纤维在吸附渗透过程中纤维对金属离子的饱和吸附量,并分析了在导电纤维制备过程中吸附渗透的温度与时间,硫化时间、硫化温度,硫化剂浓度、反应浴pH值等因素对导电纤维导电性能的影响,通过对比其导电性能等指标确定了制备导电羊绒纤维的优化工艺.结果表明:优化工艺条件下,在实验室制备的导电羊绒纤维比电阻值为1 ×10~1 ×105 Ω·cm.
The cashmere fibers as base material, and were handle by copper sulfate in one bath two steps process. And we test the conductive cashmere fibers conductivity. We researched the adsorption saturation value of copper ions on fiber in the process of absorption and infiltration. And the vulcanizing agents and concentrations, the time and temperature of the vulcanizing process, the time and temperature of absorption and infiltration process, the bath pH value were optimized by determining the conductivity of the fibers, and determined the best process. Experimental results showed that with the best process the resistance of the conductive cashmere fibers was 1 ×10~1 ×105 Ω·cm..
