探索环保三防整理剂AG-E081对精纺毛织物最佳整理工艺.整理工艺流程为：按设计方案配整理液,选择轧余率为80％对织物进行一浸一压,将织物放在105℃的烘箱下预烘5 min,最后在高温下焙烘.通过单因素实验,研究各个整理因素对毛织物防水防油效果的影响,并对结果进行分析,在单因素实验结果的基础上,设计正交试验,优化出最佳工艺参数为：AG-E081质量浓度55 g/L,pH值5～6,焙烘温度155℃、焙烘时间2 min,脂肪烃柔软剂质量浓度10 g/L,在此条件下对精纺毛织物进行整理,整理后织物的防水、防油等级分别达到最高等级7级和5级.文章最后对精纺毛织物服用性能和耐水洗性进行评价.

Exploring best finishing process of environmental conservation finishing agent AG-E081 on worsted fabrics. The finishing process is ： prepare finishing agent by design, use a dip of a press on fabric with rolling over rat of 80% , then the fabric is placed in an oven pre-baking which temperature is 105 ℃ for 5 minutes, finally bake at a high temperature. This article first studied by single factor experiment various factors on the wool fabric about water and oil repellency effect influence trends and the results were analyzed, based on the results of the single factor, then the orthogonal experiment was designed and optimize the best process parameters （The strength of AG-E081 is 55 g/L, pH value is 5 -6, baking temperature is 155 ℃, baking time is 2 minutes, the strength of aliphatic hydrocarbons softener is 10 g/L） , after this condition of worsted wool fabric finishing, the water and oil repellency level reached the highest level of 7 and 5. Finally, the optimum conditions for evaluation finishing worsted fabric＇s wearability and washable were evaluated.
