摘要
羊驼毛由于直径较粗,在开发高支轻薄高档服装面料时受到了限制,需要进行拉伸细化,化学预处理是拉伸细化前的重要工序。文章以化学预处理工艺中的亚硫酸钠用量、异丙醇用量、尿素用量、预处理温度和预处理时间为影响因子,设计正交试验,以预处理后羊驼毛的断裂伸长率和断裂强度为测试指标,确定羊驼毛拉伸细化预处理的最优工艺。实验结果表明:用亚硫酸钠作为还原剂,平平加O作为润湿剂,异丙醇作为膨化剂,尿素作为屏蔽剂对羊驼毛纤维进行拉伸细化预处理的最优工艺是:亚硫酸钠用量9%(owf),异丙醇用量7%(owf),尿素用量3.5%(owf),温度80℃,预处理时间15 min。
Because of the thick diameter of alpaca wool, it is difficuh to appear when we develop the high-grade and the light fabric. So it needs slenderized. Pre-treatment is the most important factors to affect the stretching slenderized properties of alpaca wool fiber. The conditions of pre-treatment for alpaca wool fiber include solution recipe, the concentration of solution, the solution temperature and pre-treat time. The article choose the orthogonal test to design the test method which according to the factor and the level of the test to judge the good or bad of the trial in elongation at break. The best process is achieved, the concentration of Na2SO3 is 9% (owf) , the dosage of CH3CH(OH)CH3 is 7% (owf), the dosage of CO(NH2)2 is 3.5% (owf), temperature is 80 ℃, pretreatment time is 15 min.
