摘要
利用有机硅树脂作为耐高温材料制备性能优良的耐高温涂料,通过TG、SEM、紫外积分球法等测试考察了原材料的耐热性、耐高温涂层的耐温性能以及高温煅烧后涂层的颜色变化情况,从而进一步研究耐高温涂层在高温煅烧后的高温褪色机理。结果表明:耐高温涂层在高温煅烧后,由于有机硅树脂分解为白色细小的无机SiO2颗粒覆盖在涂层表面,从而使得涂层黑度降低,颜色变浅。
Silicone resins were used as high temperature resistant raw materials to preparehigh temperature coatings with good properties. Thermal resistance of raw materials and coatingthereof, and color difference under high temperature were characterized by TG, SEM and in-tegrating-sphere photometer. Meanwhile, the fading mechanism under high temperature wasinvestigated. The results showed that the high temperature caused a decomposition of the sili-cone resin and thus white fine particles of SiO2 were formed on the surface of the coating,which diluted the color of the said coating.
