摘要
利用自由基聚合将环氧基(单体GMA)引入有机硅聚合物中。通过FT-IR表征证明特征官能团(环氧基、硅氧基)存在。探索了GMA含量对单体转化率的影响。利用GPC对固定GMA含量时不同温度下的聚合物相对分子质量进行测定。将环氧改性有机硅聚合物与含端羟基的硅氧烷按比例混合制备涂料,加入其他功能填料和定量催化剂后固化成膜。测试结果显示,涂膜具有较小的接触角和较好的附着力。
The epoxy group (GMA monomer) was incorporated into silicone polymer viaradical polymerization. The FT-IR spectroscopic analyzer was used to certify the form of func-tional groups ( e.g., epoxy group and silyloxy group) in polymer. The influence of GMA con-tent on conversion of monomer was investigated. The molecular weight of polymers with thesame GMA content prepared at different reaction temperature was measured via GPC. The ep-oxymodified silicone polymer was mixed with terminal hydroxylcontaining siloxane toprepare a coating composition which was further added with functional fillers and catalyst togive a cured film showing lower contact angle and better adhesion.
