摘要 对不同行业与地区的291名外资企业在华知识型员工进行问卷调查,探讨工作价值观和动机对大五与关联绩效关系的中介作用.结果发现:1)尽责性和宜人性可很好地预测关联绩效及其各维度.2)能力与成长的工作价值观部分中介大五和关联绩效;地位与独立的工作价值观(间接通过内部动机)中介开放性、尽责性与关联绩效;3)内部动机部分中介能力与成长、地位与独立的工作价值观与关联绩效. The mediating effects of personality dynamic variables(work values and motivation) on the relationship between personality traits and contextual performance are explored by questionnaires to 291 foreign enterprises employees from different industries and areas in China. The results show that:1) Conscientiousness and agreeableness significantly predict contextual performance and its dimensions. 2) Competence and growth value partly mediate Big Five traits and contextual performance; Status and independent work values mediate openness, conscientiousness and contextual performance indirectly through the intrinsic motivation. 3) Intrinsic motivation partly mediated the work values of competence and growth, status and independence, as well as the contextual performance.
