陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮磨削力的研究

摘要 本文通过一系列的试验,研究了陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮外圆切入磨削45淬火钢的磨削力的变化规律,建立了相应磨削力的经验公式,并与普通砂轮磨削作对比。试验结果表明,陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮的磨削力比普通砂轮的小。采用陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮磨削可以达到更高的磨削效率。 In this paper, a series of experiments have been done. The grinding forces in plunge grinding 45 harden steel with vitreous bond CBN wheels have been researched. The corresponding experiential equations of forces have been built. Some comparisons to common wheels have been done. The results indicate that the forces in grinding with vitreous bond CBN wheels are smaller than those with common wheels. Grinding with vitreous bond CBN wheels can achieve higher grinding efficiency .
