基于ISM模型的煤矿企业长效安全影响因素分析

Analysis of factors impacting on long-term safety of coal companies based on ISM model

采用ISM模型分析方法,构建了煤矿企业长效安全系统结构。通过分析系统内各因素之间的相互因果关系,运用解释结构模型方法,将复杂的、模糊不清的结构,理顺为清晰的层级结构。得到的结论是,在煤矿企业在安全生产中,除了解决好基本原因因素、重要原因因素、关键原因因素之外,着重需要解决好社会群众舆论与人文关怀、企业的核心观念文化和人的伦理道德问题。

This paper adopts the ISM model in an effort to establish a long-term safety sys-tem for coal companies. By analyzing the causal relations between factors within the system,this paper employs the methodology of Interpretative Structural Modeling to transform the previously complex and ambiguous structure into a clear and well-defined system. It has thus come to the conclusion that：when it comes to safe production,coal companies,while ensuring balanced bas-ic,important and key causal factors,should also focus on issues such as public opinion and hu-manistic considerations,core corporate values and morality.
