摘要
在煤的生产过程中,工作面长度、推进速度、漏风强度等都是影响采空区自然发火的重要因素,各因素之间相互联系、相互作用,根据热平衡原理,建立采空区温度场多参数流-固耦合数学模型。利用有限体积算法进行对偶划分,编制多参数界面的模拟软件,模拟分析不同采掘工艺参数下采空区温度场的变化规律,进而确定影响采空区温度场变化的主要参数及其影响程度,为确定采煤工艺参数、防止采空区自然发火提供重要的数据参考,结合采空区遗煤环境提出了防治自然发火的方法。
In the process of coal production,coal face length,advancing speed,air leakage intensity are important influence factors to coal spontaneous combustion in goaf,and each factor mutually connects and interacts. According to the principle of thermal equilibrium,the mathe-matical model of multi-parameter flow-solid coupling temperature field in goaf was established. Using the finite volume algorithm for dual division,the simulation software with multi-parameter interface was compiled to analyze its change law under different excavating parameters,and the main parameters of temperature field change in goaf and their influencing degree were deter-mined,providing the parameters for coal extraction and a reference data to prevent the coal spon-taneous combustion. Finally,the prevention measures for the coal spontaneous combustion was proposed according to residual coal environment in goaf.
