石沟驿煤矿回风斜井涌水注浆治理方案

摘要 石沟驿煤矿斜风井+1193m回风联络石门施工掘进至72m处时大量涌水沿锚杆钻孔涌出,导致掘进工作无法正常进行。在对地层和地质情况分析的基础上,辅以水文钻孔探查,分析了出水原因和古河床冲积含水层赋存情况,制定了注浆堵水的施工治理方案,确定了详细的注浆工艺和参数。按此方案实施后,彻底解决了掘进头涌水问题,保证了矿井建设的正常进行。 In view of severe water inrush from bolt borehole when excavating 73 m of +1 1 93m air return connection in inclined shaft of Shigouyi Coal Mine,the excavation could not be carried out properly.According to strata and geological conditions,the water inrush causes and the ancient river alluvial aquifer occurrence were analyzed after the exploration by hydrological boreholes.Then the corresponding control measures were determined to seal water by grouting, detailed grouting process and parameters being provided.According to this plan,water inrush at the heading end was thoroughly solved,ensuring the smooth implementation of mine construc-tion.
