摘要
输出机构在传动系统中由于受减速比影响较小,其产生的扭转变形对RV减速器传动精度会产生重大影响。以RV-250AII减速器为研究对象,研究了传动链上各机构变形对整机传动精度的影响;基于应力函数法对输出机构的扭转变形进行了分析;利用有限元法得到输出机构的变形量,对其扭转刚度进行了计算,其结果与产品实验数据非常接近;并评估了输出机构在过载情况下的表现。论文结果可为计算减速器整机刚度和降低机器的扭振提供参考。
Output mechanismg torsional deformation has a significant impact on the transmission accuracy of RV reducer for its less affected by reduction ratio in drive system. Taking the RV-250AII reducer as research object, the impact of deformation from various mechanisms in drive chain on the overall transmission accuracy is studied. An analysis of the torsional deformation in output mechanism based on stress function method is performed. The amount of torsional deformation in output mechanism is obtained by using the finite element method, and its torsional stiffness is calculated. The results are very close to the experimental data of the object. And also the performance of the output mechanism in case of overload is assessed. The results of the study may provide a reference for calculating the machine stiffness and reducing the torsional vibration during the running time of the machine.
